Manage embedded software developers. Position would include project management, personnel development, strategic project planning and definition, and also making individual contributions to software architecture, tool selection, and other software aspects with any remaining non-managerial time.

This position entails hands-on project management and software development in a small group of software and embedded firmware developers working on C, C++, and C# DotNet applications for products running embedded Linux and Windows PCs.

A background in Electrical Engineering is strongly preferred together with both software engineering experience and software project management experience.
