Position Summary: Assist with the setup and operation of our surface-mount printed circuit board assembly line to machine programming, file manipulation, stencil & array design, customer interaction and more.

Responsibilities: shall include, but will not be limited to:

  • Program, setup, and run automated SMT pick-and-place machines [MYCRONIC/MYDATA], solder paste stencil printers [ASM/DEK], profile development and operation of reflow ovens [BTU, VITRONICS].
  • Various other “as-needed” tasks and/or equipment operation as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing field (experience operating an SMT assembly line is preferred but not required).
  • Thorough understanding of IPC-A-610 /J-STD-001 acceptability standards (certifications preferred).
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under a microscope for long periods of time (requires fine manual dexterity and good eyesight).
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and provide proof of U.S. Citizenship/permanent residency status.

Position details:

  • Permanent (new hires will be placed on a 90-day probationary period).
  • Full-time, M-F, day shift (flexible start/finish times) and overtime as needed (evenings/weekends).
